I understand that Yoga can sometimes feel confusing or intimidating; I remember I spent my first few classes wondering what on earth was going on! That's why I created a beginner's Yoga course running for 5 weeks, so we work from the foundations; building your practice and your confidence.
I love teaching these classes; seeing people begin to break down misconceptions about Yoga and themselves, is so rewarding. I would love to practice with you!
