Vinyasa Yoga connects one posture to the next using the breath. Classes are light-hearted and offer a variety of postures; no two classes are ever alike. Students are encouraged to work at their own pace.
The variable nature of Vinyasa Yoga helps to develop a more balanced body as well as prevent repetitive motion injuries that can happen if you are always doing the same thing every day.
All levels welcome & no experience necessary. Props and modifications offered for proper alignment and ease in the postures.
When: Wednesday 18.30-19.30 and Sunday 10.00-11.00
Cost: £10 per class or £45 for a 5 class pass
Cancellation Policy: Your booking is really important; it's reserved especially for you. We respectfully ask for 512 hours notice for cancellations on Vinyasa classes; cancellations without 12 hours notice are non-refundable.
